These terms explain the basis on which MEAMO LTD supplies products to UK customers through this website.

Products and prices
We aim to describe products and display GBP prices accurately. Screen colours and packaging may vary slightly. If a material pricing or description error is discovered before confirmation, we will contact you rather than process the order on the incorrect basis.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when MEAMO confirms it. We may be unable to accept an order because stock is unavailable, delivery cannot be arranged, or the product or price information needs correction.
Payment
The current website does not take card payment. If online payments are enabled later, the checkout will show the accepted methods, total payable and applicable payment terms before an order is submitted.
Delivery
Available delivery services, charges and any free-delivery threshold are shown during shopping and checkout. We will provide order updates using the contact details supplied by the customer.
Cancellation and returns
For most goods bought online, you can tell us within 14 days after delivery that you wish to cancel, without giving a reason, and then return the goods within a further 14 days. Exceptions can apply, including opened sealed goods unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons. Contact us before returning a product.
Faulty goods
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory rights to bring proceedings in another part of the UK where applicable.
