Orders are prepared for postal delivery throughout the UK using our trusted delivery partners (Evri, Royal Mail, and Yodel). Standard delivery is £3.95, and free when your basket reaches £50.00.

Dispatch updates
Once an order is confirmed, we will send updates as it is prepared and dispatched with full tracking details.
Your right to cancel
For most online purchases, tell us within 14 days after delivery if you want to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Some exclusions apply, including opened sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons.
Refunds and faulty goods
Eligible refunds are processed after the returned goods are received. Your legal rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are not affected. Email us before returning anything so we can provide the correct instructions.
